How Is the Order Shipped?

We ship all orders using Next Day or 2nd Day Express Air, typically via UPS or FedEx. To ensure your meat stays fresh and safe, each order is:

• Packed in a premium insulated shipping box

• Surrounded by gel freezer packs and dry ice

• Designed to maintain safe temperatures for up to four days during transit

Your meat will arrive frozen or partially thawed, which is completely normal and safe. All products can be safely refrozen upon delivery.

When Will My Order Ship?

We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of being received.

• Orders received Monday–Wednesday: Shipped within 1 business day

• Orders received Thursday–Sunday: Shipped the following Monday

This schedule ensures your order arrives as fresh as possible and avoids unnecessary time in transit over the weekend.
