FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW IS THE ORDER SHIPPED?

We ship using Next Day or 2nd Day Express Air, typically UPS or FEDEX. Your meat is safely packed in an insulated shipping box with freezer packs. It is kept cold with a combination of gel packs and dry ice. This will keep your meat at a safe temperature for up to four days while shipping. The meat will arrive frozen or may be partially thawed, which is normal. The meat can be safely refrozen.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We typically ship orders within 1 business day of receiving them from Monday to Wednesday. Orders received on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday to ensure they arrive fresh.

 

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR MEAT FROM?

Best Butcher Shop takes great care in sourcing its meat from responsible, trustworthy farmers to ensure the best possible products for our customers.


WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? DO YOU ACCEPT RETURN?

All purchases are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. This is due to the perishable nature of our products. 

At Best Butcher Shop, we aim to provide the highest quality products to our customers. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as you receive your package so that we can address your concerns and work towards a resolution. We want to ensure that all our customers are happy with their purchase. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage to packaging caused by shipping companies during the delivery process. Additionally, we do not issue refunds for refused or returned shipments. Therefore, please double-check the shipping address before placing an order, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately before it is shipped out. If your order has not been processed yet, we can cancel the order for you.
