All purchases are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. This is due to the perishable nature of our products. 

At Best Butcher Shop, we aim to provide the highest quality products to our customers. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as you receive your package so that we can address your concerns and work towards a resolution. We want to ensure that all our customers are happy with their purchase. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage to packaging caused by shipping companies during the delivery process. Additionally, we do not issue refunds for refused or returned shipments. Therefore, please double-check the shipping address before placing an order, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
